CCB Naval Services er en viktig samarbeidspartner for Sjøforsvaret og en sentral aktør innen norsk forsvarsindustri. Selskapet er en komplett leverandør av vedlikehold, operativ forsyningsstøtte og levetidsforlengelse for marinefartøy. Gjennom levering av Through Life Services (TLS) spiller CCB Naval Services en viktig rolle i å sikre den norske marinen høy beredskap og forsyningssikkerhet.

Where we were and where we are going
50 years of service and innovation – CCBs history
The operation of the base started in the spring of the same year. The official opening of the base with prominent guests; Peter B. Namtvedt, the secretary of state Risti, Jacob Proud-Nielsen, Arne Steckmest, Bear Bendigsen and Erik J. Vogt. Exploration wells were provided from the base from the 1973 and eventually started also supply to fixed installations. The largest players in the start-up was Mobile, Statoil, Exxonmobil, Norsk
Statoil establishes itself on the CCB base to supply the fixed offshore installations. Previously, the base is also used by exploration drilling.
In 1990, 25 % of the shares and, in 1993, with a further 25 %. Bernh. Larsen Holding AS, is today one of two owners in the CCB.
Aker Base (now: NorSea Industrial Holdings) comes as a shareholder, then the Statoil took over their shares, a total of 50 %. NorSea Industrial Holdings AS is today one of the two owners of the CCB.
Helgelandsbase AS being a part of the group after the purchase of 51 % of the shares in the company. Helgelandsbase is located on the Horvneset outside of Sandnessjøen. The company is a real estate operator with the rental and operation of the buildings on the base as well as a provider of logistics services from the same location.
The establishment of Ågotnes local businesses together with a Lie Group with equal ownership. Today, the company is 79% owned by the CCB and 21 % of Øygarden municipality. Originally the company was established as a real estate developer and landlord tied to the land in Tranevågen at Ågotnes. Today Ågotnes local businesses still hire some construction as well as operation of the CCB Camp.
The opening of the ro-ro berth in Ågotnes. Sea Cargo established fixed linjeanløp between Ågotnes and other central terminals in the north Sea basin.
Operation and property were sold off and divided in two group. Eiendomskonsernet KS Coast Center Base consists of Ågotnes Eiendom AS (65,9 %), Ågotnes Næringspark AS (79 %) and Helgelandsbase Holding As (52,1 %) with its subsidiary Helgelandsbase AS (100 %) and Helgelandsbase Managing construction AS (100 %), as well as associated companies Sambygg AS (20 %) and Mountain Development AS (33 %).
The establishment of CCB Kollsnes AS Øygarden municipality. CCB Kollsnes is today in the group CCB Energy Holding. CCB Energy Holding AS was founded in 2020.
Mongstadbase AS being a part of the CCB. Company name was changed to the CCB Mongstad after the acquisition. Statoil (now Equinor) moved at the same time driftsforsyning from Ågotnes to co-locate all driftsforsyning to the fields in the Tampen area. CCB Mongstad is today baseoperatøren at Mongstad base and offers bl.a. rental of eiendomsfasilitetene on the base, technical services as well as logistics and port services.
The purchase of the majority stake of the shares in the Logiteam AS with its subsidiary Logiteam Subsea AS. The latter is later CCB Subsea. Logiteam offer personnel and consultants supply chain management and subsea.
Establishes the new parent company CCB Holding AS for all operating companies. The group consists of the Coast Center Base AS (100 %), CCB Mongstad AS (100 %), CCB Subsea AS (51 %) and Logiteam AS (51 %) as well as associates Maritime Waste Management AS (50 %) and Fabtech Holding AS (34 %).
Bergen Harbour Ågotnes takes over the land and the buildings on the base of the future regionhavnen for Bergen at Ågotnes.
