CCB is working diligently for a more sustainable future – with a focus on climate and the environment, social responsibility and ethical business practices, rooted in the Un sustainability goals. We supply support, logistics, real estate and maintenance services. Our businesses are located at Ågotnes, Mongstad, Kollsnes and in Sandnessjøen on the Helgeland coast.

Our three sustainability dimensions
Climate and environment
- We have both short-term and long-term goals to reduce its own emissions and climate footprint, and supports up under the Paris Agreement goals and Science-Based Targets. Our measures include, among others:
- Carbon footprint after the GHG protocol
- The use of the G-100 BIO, which cut CO₂ up to 90 %
- Energy efficiency in buildings and infrastructure
- Sharing, redesign and circular solutions for equipment and logistics
- ISO 14001 certification and targeted environmental management
Social responsibility
- We are committed to respecting human rights throughout the value chain and offer a safe, inclusive workplaces. We comply with the Un and the Ilo principles, and work actively to:
- Equality and diversity – with the ambition of increasing female proportion
- Training and apprenticeship programs
- Good working conditions and safety in all aspects
- Open reporting after the Transparency Act and the gender equality act
Ethics and responsible operation
- We set clear standards for ourselves and our partners through the code of ethics that promotes integrity and social responsibility. Our policies include:
- Anti-corruption, conflicts of interest and gift policy
- Workers ' rights, the environment and SAFETY
- Zero tolerance for child labor and forced labor
- Clear expectations to suppliers and partners

Our approach to sustainability
CCB is working diligently to create a more sustainable future – through concrete measures in the field of climate and environment, social responsibility and good business practices. Sustainability is not a side project with us, but a natural part of who we are and how we work.
We work closely with customers, suppliers, neighbors, and employees, and support of initiatives in the industry where we have influence. Our work is rooted in the Un bærekraftsmål, with a particular focus on goal 8, 9, 12, and 13, and goal 17 which is about cooperation.
